Teresa Lúcio de Sales has a degree in Landscape Architecture (1988, University of Évora), Post-graduation in Ordenación Rural en Función del Médio Ambiente (1989, Inst. Agronómico Mediterrâneo Zaragoza/Spain), PhD in Landscape Interdisciplinary Management, (2015, University of Évora), she is an assistant teacher at the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, University of the Algarve, (DCTMA), and member of the Studies Centre – CEPAC. She has developed activities related to Landscape Architecture, coordinated multidisciplinary teams and wrote several scientific publications within that area. She has been part of different management bodies at UAlg. She cooperates with other Portuguese and international universities. Main research topics: rural landscape, landscape visual quality, public participation, landscape project, landscape architecture theory,
Landscape trails, landscape perception and assessment.
