Susana Calado Martins
Barroca, cultural and tourism products
With a degree in Modern Languages and Literatures and Master in Algarve’s History (UAlg), she is a history and cultural heritage researcher and has collaborated in different academic, cultural and tourism projects in the Algarve.
She is a trainer of Heritage and Cultural Identity in the Algarve’s Hotel and Tourism School and co-creator of Barroca – cultural and tourism products, a company dedicated to the development of cultural and tourism contents related to the identity of the region, for several publics and with the mission of showing the Algarve and its distinctive marks in a attractive and creative perspective.
She is interested mainly in works of cultural mediation and the possibility of transmitting to the public the historic and cultural features less known in the region.
