Paulo Reis

Paulo Jorge do Patrocínio Reis was born in Mozambique, in 1976.

He has a degree in Civil Engineering, University of Coimbra, a post-graduation degree in Sustainable Urban Design and Territorial Planning, University Nova of Lisbon. He has advanced training in Projects’ Management, at the Portuguese Association for Quality and Government Procurement, at CEDIPRE (University of Coimbra).

He is Manager of Inframoura’s Urban Management Office, in Vilamoura, where he developed, since 2007, several projects within Urban Requalification, accessibility and sustainable urban mobility with special focus on soft modes of transport.

He has been participating, as guest speaker, in several conferences, seminars and events related to these current and predominant issues of today’s society which meet the Sustainable Development goals.
