He has a degree in Regional and Urban Planning, University of Aveiro. Adrimag’s multidisciplinary team coordinator since 1995.
He was leader and coordinated the team which prepared the Europarc Conference – European Conference for Parks, held from 7th to 10th September 2017 in Z. I.Adrimag.
He made numerous presentations in conferences, seminars, conventions and other similar events, in the country and abroad, within Local Development, Incentive Systems, Land Use Planning and others.
Member of the National Assembly during the VI Legislature.
He worked at the Municipality of Vale de Cambra between 1985 and 2009.
