Member of the National Council for Environment and Sustainable Development (CNADS), and the Advisory Council for Sustainable Development from the Cycle Touring and Bike Users’ Portuguese Federation (FPCUB).
He cooperated with the Management and Planning Department for Transportation Systems and Lisbon’s Metropolitan Area Mobility. He contributed to the Programme Combinado and cooperated with EuroVelo, in Portugal. He worked as a consultant at the President’s Office, in Alvalade-Lisbon’s Parish Council. He represented REFER in the Mission Unit for Slow Mobility. He cooperated with REFER and REFER Heritage.
