With a degree in Civil Engineering and a post-graduation degree in Transportation at IST – Lisbon. IP’s (Infrastructures of Portugal) Planning Manager with the responsibility to develop strategic studies to support the decision; company’s transportation model, management of the road and railway networks through the Territories’ Management Tools; planning, programming and investment control; Management of the railway programme contract, including pricing and management of the network capacity.
He started his career in Transportation private consultancy by developing demand, traffic and transportation management studies.
At EP he worked within the management of Road Concessions and was responsible for the company’s institutional relations before assuming the Planning management.
He represents IP in the European program Atlantic Corridor.
