Sérgio Guerreiro

He has a degree in Economy, Master degree in Management and Public Administration and PhD in Tourism, Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning, University of Lisbon.
He has more than 20 years of experience in the tourism sector, within strategy, intelligence and policies. Leader of Tourism of Portugal since 2004, he is, currently, Manager Coordinator of the Knowledge Management Board and he is responsible for the production of statistics and studies, innovation and product development. He is also Chairman of the OECD Tourism Committee and of the Market Intelligence Group for European Travel Commission.
Professor at Universidade Europeia, he teaches planning, innovation and tourism sustainability.
