Ana Garcia

Ana Garcia has a master degree in Universal Accessibility and Design for All and has a degree in Business Organization and Management.
Currently, she is Chief Executive of Accessible Portugal – Association that promotes the Accessible and Inclusive Tourism in Portugal.
Since 2008, she has been developing the brand Accessible Portugal in different aspects of Tourism’s value chain, especially dedicated to the public with special needs.
As a consultant and trainer, she has been promoting the accessibility, qualifying the accessible tourism offer. This work was recognized through the awarding of a Medal for Tourism Merit 2018 – Accessible Tourism, awarded by the Tourism Secretary of State. She is a member of ENAT (European Network for Accessible Tourism) being its legal representative in Portugal.
